Longevity Clinics.
— About

The editor, not the salesperson.

Longevity Clinics is a reader-funded editorial publication that covers the global market for longevity medicine. We accept no payment, gift, hospitality or commission from any clinic, ever. Reviews exist for the reader who is paying tens of thousands for a programme and deserves an editor who has read every brochure.

What we do

Three things, in order of weight: ingest every clinic's publicly available data — website, regulator records, peer-reviewed literature, professional registries — score it algorithmically against our four-axis rubric, and have an expert team of physicians and editors validate every result. No clinic is contacted. No score is shown to a clinic before publication.

— 02

How we're paid

Reader subscriptions to our journal, and an annual industry benchmarking report that clinics may purchase but cannot influence. The benchmarking report is editorially walled off from the directory; the people who run the scoring engine do not see the report's customer list.

— 03

What we won't do

Affiliate links. Sponsored sections. Featured placements. Pre-publication review by clinics. Coverage in exchange for access. We have turned each of these down at least once. We will turn them down again.

04   Disclosures

The conflicts we don't have.

Editorial independence in this category is rare enough to be worth stating in writing.

No equity, anywhere.

No employee or contributor of Longevity Clinics holds equity, stock options, advisory roles or board positions at any clinic in this directory. Updated annually.

No referral revenue.

Outbound links to clinic websites are unmonetised. We earn nothing if you click, book, or pay. Several affiliate offers have been declined; the offers will continue, the answer won't change.

No clinic contact.

We do not interview, visit or otherwise communicate with the clinics we score. Every input the algorithm and the expert team work from is publicly verifiable.

Clear separation of products.

The annual industry benchmarking report is sold to clinics. The reviews are sold to readers. The two teams do not share a roof. The reviews team does not see the report's customer list.

Editor-in-chief

Niko Hems

Niko founded Longevity Clinics in 2025 as the directory he wanted himself: a serious editorial reference for a category dominated by clinic-side marketing. Background: data & business analytics (Nova SBE Lisbon, Master's), public-health AI research at UC Berkeley, and several years building digital products in the longevity-medicine space. Editorial position: opinionated, evidence-led, structurally independent. He writes from Berlin.
