By accessing or using this website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the content
The Service publishes editorial reviews, rankings and explanatory content about longevity-medicine clinics and related topics. All content is opinion-based commentary derived from publicly available data, scored by an algorithmic rubric and reviewed by an expert team. The content is journalism, not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Service does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making decisions about your health, before booking any clinic, and before starting, changing or stopping any treatment. Reliance on any content is solely at your own risk.
4. Editorial independence
We are not paid by, and have no commercial relationship with, the clinics we review. We do not interview the clinics we review, do not visit them as guests, do not show them their scores before publication, and do not negotiate the editorial position with them. Reviews are based on publicly available data and may include opinion, comparative judgement and critical evaluation. The Service is funded by reader subscriptions and a separately-administered industry benchmarking report; neither funding stream influences editorial coverage.
5. Permitted use
You may access the Service for personal, non-commercial use, including reading articles, comparing clinics and citing the Service in good-faith research or commentary with attribution. Excerpts of up to 200 words may be quoted with a link back to the source page.
6. Prohibited use
You may not: republish substantial portions of the content; scrape the Service to build a competing product; misrepresent our content as your own; use our content to train AI systems without explicit prior written consent; or use the Service to harass, defame, or mislead any party.
7. Intellectual property
All editorial content, scoring rubrics, design, code and brand assets on the Service are © Longevity Clinics, the respective rights-holders, or licensed contributors, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Clinic names, logos and trademarks referenced in editorial coverage remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for editorial identification under the principle of nominative fair use.
8. Third-party links
The Service contains links to clinic websites and other third-party resources. These links are provided for editorial reference only. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not constitute endorsement.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Longevity Clinics, its contributors, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any decision made in reliance on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
