Summary
Most readers can stop here. The site uses cookieless analytics that do not identify you. We do not sell, rent or share your data. The only personal data we touch is what you voluntarily send via the contact form (name, email, message), which is used to reply to your message and nothing else.
1. Who we are
This site (the "Service") is operated as an independent editorial publication. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean the editorial team behind Longevity Clinics. The Service is hosted on Netlify, Inc. (USA).
For privacy questions, you can reach us through the contact form.
2. What personal data we collect
We collect three categories of data, all minimal:
- Server logs: standard web-server access logs containing IP address (anonymised), user-agent, and request path, generated by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics: aggregated, cookieless page-view counts via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. No personal identifiers are processed.
- Contact form submissions: when you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you provide.
We do not collect: precise location, advertising identifiers, financial data, health data, or behavioural profiles for advertising.
3. Legal basis and purpose
Under the GDPR, we process the limited data above on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for security logging and aggregate analytics — namely, running and improving the Service.
- Performance of a request you initiated (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for handling contact-form submissions.
6. Retention
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Contact-form submissions are retained while needed to handle the enquiry, and deleted within 24 months unless they form part of an ongoing exchange.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with comparable data-protection law, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure; object to or restrict processing; and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form. We will respond within one calendar month.
8. International transfers
Our hosting provider operates servers in multiple jurisdictions, including outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, in line with Art. 46 GDPR.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
